All Properties in Seven Devils as subject to property taxes. Property Tax Bills are mailed to property owners annually.
Payment for Property Taxes is due September 1st, 2023. Property Taxes must be received by Town Hall or postmarked on/ before January 5th, 2024. Interest will be added beginning January 6th, 2024.
Property owners who sold in the fiscal year will receive a curtesy bill for their records.
